***RENTERS BEWARE*** This company is highly unprofessional and deceptive in their policies. My grandmother has been treated deplorably during her residency and after. Her security deposit was not returned due to touch up paint done inside the apartment. The agency claims the cost to paint a small portion of the unit was $600, this amount is flagrant. My grandmother was an excellent tenant and was treated with complete disregard. Shame on South Point Storage & Residential Rentals! If you currently rent from or are considering renting from them in the future please protect yourself and your interests!
