Lowe's has always been my favorite. The store is always clean (except the bathroom). Lowe's app is very helpful. It helps me find where things are in the store. The app also has camera to take picture of the receipts. This has helped me a lot when I had to return some merchandise. I have 4 stars rating because the lack of associates. Customer still needs human interaction too. Especially when customer need price estimate for hiring Lowe's outside contractor.
Although they had decent prices, I wanted to buy a refrigerator with my Paypal credit account (not the paypal mastercard) to get free interest for a year. They would not let me buy it this way. Big Sandy doesn't normally accept this form of payment either, but they took the time to find a way to do it, so I bought it there. WAY too much hassle to get a veterans discount. Big Sandy looked at the Armed Forces Veteran endorsement on my drivers license, and that was more than enough. They match Lowes prices, so it was an easy choice.
It was great everyone was very helpful I would recommend it to a friend and you all are where I do all my business anyhow I have no problem with you so you all have a great day yes I do I have one complaint I'm sorry trying to get all your parking lot where they are storage units are there are right by the gas station them out buildings if you could move them back because it's just a little hard to see how to get around them before you get out you know if you don't see a car there right up on you but other than that I have no complaints thanks
I made 3 trips to get a flapper for the toilet, and all three times didn't work. Can never find anybody to help you there.
This is the best Lowe's in the area. Friendly staff and a nice manager. I also noticed this location being very clean.
